PMO Lead (FTC 6 Months to Perm)

Job Title: PMO Lead (6-Month FTC → Permanent)
Reports To: CTO

Overview
We’re looking for an experienced PMO Lead to establish and run a delivery function in a technology-led environment. This role will start as a 6-month FTC with strong potential to convert to permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support 2 Project Managers to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Design and embed a scalable delivery framework, including governance and reporting
• Own and manage the portfolio roadmap, ensuring alignment to business priorities
• Oversee delivery of technology and change initiatives (time, scope, budget)
• Establish and drive a structured change function
• Manage senior stakeholders, providing clear updates, insights, and escalation management

Key Experience

• Proven PMO Lead / Senior PMO experience in tech environments
• Track record of setting up or improving PMO/delivery functions
• Strong portfolio and roadmap management experience
• Experience delivering technology and business change projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches

Desirable

• Relevant certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile)
• Experience with tools such as Jira or MS Project
