We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Polisher to join our client’s team. The Polisher will play a vital role in ensuring their solid surface products achieve a flawless, high-quality finish, aligning with the business’s reputation for excellence in some of the most renowned projects across the UK.

Working hours Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
Temp to perm opportunity 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sand and polish solid surface materials to achieve specified finishes for a variety of high-profile projects.
• Inspect surfaces for imperfections and apply corrective techniques to ensure premium quality.
• Operate and maintain sanding and polishing tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with the fabrication team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including PPE usage and safe handling of materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in polishing or sanding (solid surface fabrication experience is highly desirable).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality results.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
• Familiarity with power tools and machinery.
• Physical stamina for tasks such as sanding, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
