Powder Coater

Pay & Shifts:

• Monday to Friday (39 hours per week)
• £13.00 to £15.00 per hour (From £27,040 per annum)

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing equipment and surfaces for painting and powder coating
• Spraying primers and top coats to achieve smooth, durable finishes
• Mixing paints and powders accurately, following strict specifications
• Inspecting finished items to meet quality and health & safety standards
• Maintaining tools and spray equipment in excellent condition
• Working closely with the production team to meet deadlines efficiently

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in powder coating or spray painting in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Basic mechanical knowledge to understand equipment and processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Basic maths skills for accurate measuring and mixing
• A proactive, team-focused approach
