What we are looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or HLTA qualification
  * Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  * Adaptability to work across different year groups and school settings
  * A positive and proactive approach to supporting learning
  * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  * Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
  * Two recent professional references
  * A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
