Precision Dresser / Finisher

Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for an experienced Precision Dresser / Finisher to join a leading aerospace manufacturing business based in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly skilled engineering environment producing small, intricate components to exceptionally high quality standards.

Working on a permanent afternoon shift, you will play a key role in the finishing and dressing of precision-machined parts used in critical applications.

• Precision dressing, deburring, polishing and finishing of small, complex components
• Working from engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Using hand tools, pneumatic tools, microscopes and measuring equipment
• Removing sharp edges and imperfections while maintaining tight tolerances
• Inspecting finished components to ensure they meet quality standards
• Working closely with machining and quality teams to achieve production targets
• Maintaining high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and housekeeping standards

• Previous experience within precision engineering, aerospace, medical, motorsport or similar high-spec manufacturing environments
• Skilled in dressing, deburring, polishing or finishing intricate metal components
• Ability to work with very small and delicate parts
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Comfortable working to tight tolerances and engineering drawings
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and team attitude

• Permanent afternoon shift
• Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience
