A well‑established fabrication company in Leicestershire is seeking an experienced Press Brake Setter/Operator to join their growing production team. This is a temp‑to‑perm opportunity operating Amada press brakes.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting and operating Amada press brake machines
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Selecting correct tooling and carrying out machine adjustments
- Producing high‑quality sheet metal components to specification
- Conducting quality checks and maintaining production accuracy
- Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter/Operator
- Ability to read technical drawings confidently
- Good understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
