Year 1 Teacher - Tottenham - Maternity Cover - Start Date 18th - Full Time

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Tottenham to cover a maternity leave starting on the 18th.

The school is looking for a committed teacher who can deliver engaging lessons, maintain strong classroom behaviour, and support pupils throughout this important stage of their development.

The Role:

• Full classroom teaching responsibilities within a Year 1 class
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
• Assessing pupil progress and supporting attainment
• Creating a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Working closely with support staff, parents, and senior leadership

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Have previous KS1 or Year 1 teaching experience
• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be engaging, organised, and reliable
• Have a passion for primary education and pupil development
