Salary: £120 - £140 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming mainstream Primary School in Sunderland, who are looking to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher. The school promotes a positive and inclusive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential and staff are supported by a committed leadership team.

The school is looking to take on a Primary Teacher on a long-term basis from September. The successful Primary Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across KS2, monitoring pupil progress, maintaining high expectations and creating a positive classroom environment that supports learning and development.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also encouraged to apply)

• Experience teaching within a Primary School setting

• Experience teaching across Key Stage 2 / KS2

• Excellent classroom management skills

• Strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum

• A positive and proactive approach to teaching and learning
