The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- support pupils with ASD, SEMH, speech & language needs, or behavioural needs
- work 1:1 or with small groups within a mainstream primary setting
- help pupils regulate, engage and access learning
- follow support plans and work closely with the SENCO
- build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
- contribute to a calm, consistent classroom environment
This role suits someone patient, proactive and passionate about helping children thrive.
