Are you a UK‑qualified Primary Teacher looking for flexible, local supply work across Lincolnshire — without pressure or unrealistic expectations?

We’re recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to support local primary schools on a day‑to‑day, short‑term, and longer‑term basis. This role is ideal for teachers who value flexibility, familiar schools, and consistent opportunities that fit around their availability.

This role is suitable for teachers with UK QTS and recent UK primary classroom experience only.

You’ll work through The Supply Register, in partnership with the Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust, providing cover across a network of trust schools.

This managed‑service model offers:

Assignments can range from single days to longer placements, depending on your preference.

Primary schools across:

• Lincoln
• Grantham
• Spalding
• Skegness
• Gainsborough
• Grimsby
• Surrounding areas

✅ Travel preferences are discussed and agreed in advance — no surprises.

• £115–£200 per day, depending on role and experience

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools
