The Opportunity

Join a business that brings engineering and technology together to deliver smarter building services solutions. You’ll be part of a culture built on collaboration, safety-first thinking, and disciplined planning—where digital tools, off-site capability, and strong engineering fundamentals come together to improve delivery, quality, and long-term outcomes. There’s real opportunity here to lead on a flagship healthcare development and make a visible impact on programme success.

The Role

As Principal MEP Planner, you will lead planning and programme management activities for the MEP elements of a major healthcare redevelopment. • Monitor performance through forecasting, reporting, and progress analysis; support commissioning and close-out milestones
  • Support pre-construction planning activities, including bid/tender programmes where required
