• Leading complex geo-environmental and contaminated land projects from start to finish
• Acting as the go-to technical expert and signing off key reports
• Managing and mentoring a team of engineers and consultants
• Building strong client relationships and spotting new opportunities
• Driving high standards in risk assessment, site investigations, and remediation strategies

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in geo-environmental or contaminated land consultancy
• Proven experience in project leadership or team management
• Solid understanding of UK environmental regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Degree in a relevant discipline (Geology, Environmental Engineering, etc.)
• Chartered (or working towards) is a big plus
