Print Artwork Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Trainee Print Artwork Technician to join a busy and growing studio team based in Southampton area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a studio-based role or develop their existing skills within a fast-paced production environment.

This is a detail-driven position, working with client-supplied designs and preparing them for use across a variety of projects.

Full training will be provided, and the team are looking for someone they can develop and support long-term.

Key Responsibilities

• Converting and preparing client artwork in Adobe Illustrator
• Formatting files to meet specific technical requirements
• Checking artwork for accuracy and consistency
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day studio tasks

Requirements 

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator preferred
• Interest in artwork, design, or technical production work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Exposure to Photoshop or Excel is beneficial but not essential

Salary 

• £25,000p/a – £30,000p/a depending on experience

Duration

• Temp-to-perm opportunity

Shifts 

• Full-time hours (day shifts)
