We’re working with a well-regarded regional firm looking to add an experienced Private Client Solicitor to their team, with a clear route towards Partner level for the right person.

This is a role for someone who wants more than just a caseload. You’ll be trusted to run your own work, build relationships and play a part in the long-term direction of the team.

The role:

• Managing a broad private client caseload including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs and Court of Protection work  
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, often dealing with sensitive and complex matters  
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where needed  
• Working closely with senior management on the growth and direction of the department  
• Playing an active role in business development and building your own network  

What they’re looking for:

• Private Client Solicitor with 7+ years PQE  
• Strong technical background across wills, probate and estate planning
• Comfortable managing your own clients and workload
• Someone who wants to step into a more senior, influential position
