A fast-growing, innovative company in the green energy sector is looking for a Procurement Administrator to join its expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organisation focused on sustainable technology and long-term environmental impact.

Role Overview: Working with the Supply Chain Manager, you’ll help source materials, manage suppliers, raise purchase orders, track costs, and ensure procurement activities run smoothly and on schedule.

Key Duties
  • Maintain supplier relationships and performance
  • Source materials and manage orders
  • Monitor costs and support inventory control
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers
  • Maintain records and support procurement admin (POs, RFQs, NDAs)
Requirements
  • Strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail
  • Good IT skills (especially Excel)
  • Proactive, team-focused attitude
  • Procurement or supply chain knowledge
  • Experience with ERP systems and other procurement tools
