Your responsibilities as Product Specialist
  • Respond to enquiries from campaigns, exhibitions and website leads
  • Manage opportunities through the sales pipeline from enquiry through to order
  • Deliver virtual and face-to-face demonstrations tailored to client requirements
  • Complete client assessments and prepare accurate design documentation
  • Build relationships with occupational therapists, schools, councils and families
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support smooth customer handovers
What we’re looking for in a Product Specialist
  • Previous sales experience managing enquiries, quotations and pipelines
  • Background working with occupational therapists, healthcare services or related sectors
  • Experience delivering demonstrations, presentations or client training
  • Strong CRM and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel when required
  • Physically able to lift, assemble and demonstrate the products
