Production Engineer → Engineering Project Coordinator
Are you a Production Engineer looking to move beyond day-to-day manufacturing support and into engineering project delivery?
Our client is seeking a proactive engineer to support the coordination and delivery of complex engineering programmes. Working alongside experienced Project Managers and technical specialists, you'll gain exposure to project planning, stakeholder management, supply chain coordination and programme delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop into an Engineering Project Manager.
Security Clearance Requirment. Due to nature of the business and projects, you will need to be a British citizen, either a sole British or Dual British able to obtain SC Level.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of engineering projects from concept through to completion
- Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain teams
- Track project schedules, milestones and deliverables
- Support planning and reporting activities
- Assist with supplier and stakeholder management
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Degree, HNC, HND, apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3+ in Engineering
- Experience within manufacturing, production or engineering environments
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Interest in project management and programme delivery
- Experience coordinating multiple activities and priorities
