Production Labourers / General Operatives - Rotherham
Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
- £13.77 per hour
- Attendance bonus of up to £25 per week
- Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Regular weekend overtime available
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Rotherham for Production Labourers / General Operatives to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity offering a temporary to permanent position for the right candidates.
⚠️ Please note: This is a physically demanding role, requiring regular manual handling of products weighing between 25-30kg.
The Role
- Working within a busy production environment, both independently and as part of a team
- Manual handling - lifting, moving, and manoeuvring products on a daily basis
- Using hand tools such as impact drivers and socket wrenches
- Maintaining a safe and organised workspace in line with health & safety standards
Skills & Attributes Required
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Strong awareness and commitment to health & safety compliance
- Good level of English and Maths
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping
- Eagerness to learn new skills and progress within the role
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in a labouring or general operative role (preferred but not essential)
