Location: Desborough (NN14)

Pay: £13.71/hr | Overtime: £20.56/hr

Shifts: Mon-Fri, 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 (rotating weekly)

Barker Ross is looking for a motivated Production Line Leader to join our Desborough team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate a team of packers on the production line
• Ensure packing operations are accurate, efficient, and meet quality standards
• Monitor production performance and address issues promptly
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain workflow
• Train and support new team members
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
