Production Line Leader

Job Title: Line Leader – Warehouse

Location: M17
Pay Rate: £13.30 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Line Leader to join our busy warehouse team based in M17.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing a production/warehouse line
• Supervising staff to ensure targets and quality standards are met
• Supporting daily operations including picking, packing, and assembly
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Maintaining productivity and resolving any issues on the line

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment
• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible approach to working hours

Flexibility Required:
While standard hours are 7:00am – 5:00pm, candidates must be able to start earlier (from 6:30am) or finish later (up to 6:00pm) when required.
