💷 £12.71 - £15.10 per hour (Based on Experience)
⏰ 4 on / 4 off | Days & Nights (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)

Contract Type: Temp To Perm

Are you ready to join a dynamic team in the manufacturing and production industry? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Production Machine Setter who thrives in a fast-paced environment! If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision, this is the role for you!



🔧 Duties

  • Run and adjust packing machinery
  • Product checks, palletising & FLT transfers
  • Basic maintenance support alongside shift engineers (once trained)
  • Stock & waste recording
  • Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards

Who You Are:
We're looking for candidates who possess:

  • Experience as a machine setter or a similar role
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality


✅ Requirements

  • Manufacturing experience (food/FMCG preferred)
  • Counterbalance FLT - beneficial
  • Food Safety L2, BRC awareness, IOSH are preferred
  • Own transport essential (no public transport)
