Responsibilities
- Manage the entire lifecycle of clothing production, from initial design to finished product
- Coordinate with design and production teams to develop timelines and production plans
- Ensure products are produced on time and are of good quality
- Monitor production issues and implement solutions promptly
- Implement quality control measures
- Manage and oversee staff, fostering a positive environment and ensuring team members are motivated and productive
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Report on production activities and performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Clothing Production Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of clothing production processes
- Knowledge of quality control standards and health and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
