Production Manager

We are looking for a Production Operations Manager to lead a team of 4 direct reports and a wider team of c.200, forming part of the senior leadership team at this impressive company. Description

The Production Operations Manager will report directly into the MD and will have 4 direct reports and a wider team of c.100 across all manufacturing functions on site.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Leading, managing and co-ordinating all manufacturing activity on site
• Liaising closely with both internal and external customers to achieve the desired levels of service
• Creating, developing and producing all new product ranges in line with R&D specifications
• Promoting a culture focussed on continuous improvement
• Developing high performing teams
• Achieving agreed KPIs

Profile

Successful candidates will have a strong lean manufacturing background and a proven ability in leading and developing change.
