The Opportunity:

A company that is always open to innovation, improvement and inclusiveness. With further growth this year, the opportunity has arisen for a strong Shift Manager or Operations Manager to take on the role as Head of Production / Production Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a leadership team of Shift Managers and Team leaders across 2 shifts (Double Days pattern)
• Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and waste
• Maintain a safe production environment
• Manage resources including Rotas and employee holiday
• Maintain smooth operations, meeting and exceeding targets for efficiency, Quality and Wastage. 
• Identify and resolve operational challenges, including machine downtime, staffing requirements

The Person:

• Previous Experience Within Packaging or FMCG is essential
• A people person, strong maangement 
• Strong organizational and managerial skills
• Growth Mindset: The successful individual will be someone who wants to be part of the companies continued success and ambitions.
