Job Title: Short‑Term Production Manager – Veterinary Products
Location: Rowley Regis
We’re looking for a hands‑on Production Manager to join our veterinary products operation on a short‑term basis, running until the end of July. There is potential for this role to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small team of 8
- Oversee daily production operations within a veterinary products environment
- Book goods and consignments in and out
- Ensure smooth workflow, compliance, and high standards on the shop floor
- Be visible, practical, and hands‑on in day‑to‑day operations
About You
- Experience in food manufacturing, production, or veterinary/pharmaceutical products
- Confident with goods inwards and dispatch processes
- A strong, hands‑on manager who leads from the front
- Reach truck licence preferred
- IOSHH qualification would be an advantage
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 06:00 – 16:00
- Friday: 06:00 – 12:00
Salary
- £33,000 – £37,000 per year, depending on experience
