Production Operative

Pay: £13.81 – £15.48 per hour
Location: Droitwich
Shift: Tuesday – Friday | 6:00pm – 6:00am

Training: First 2 weeks on day shift

Looking for a fresh opportunity with long weekends every week? We’re hiring Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company with over 50 years of success. If you’re reliable, hands-on, and ready to get stuck in, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling and moving finished goods
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Carrying out quality checks and labelling products
• Loading and unloading pallets
• Supporting production lines
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

 What We’re Looking For:

• Previous production experience is a bonus (not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
