Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern:
- Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00
- Week 2: 13:45 – 22:00
Role Overview
365 People Ltd are seeking a Production Operative to join its team. This is a hands-on role combining manufacturing and warehouse duties within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating machinery including laser cutters, CNC machines, and UV printers
- Picking, packing, and dispatching orders
- Working with acrylic and perspex materials
- Meeting daily production targets
- Carrying out general warehouse and housekeeping duties
Requirements
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong reliability and attendance
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
