Production Operative

Production Operative – Day Shift ,  Sowerby Bridge

£13.50 PH  

Mon–Thu working week 07:00–17:30

Regular overtime on Fridays. (Usually 07:00 – 15:00)

Overtime will be available once passed probation

We are looking for a production operative join our busy manufacturing team in Sowerby Bridge. This is a hands-on role with full training provided – perfect for someone reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.

What you’ll do:

• Operate machinery on the production line
• Help manufacture and check the quality of products the company produces
• Keep your area clean and safe
• Work as part of a team and independently

What we’re looking for:

• Production or manufacturing experience.
• FLT licence preferred – Counterbalance
• Good numeracy & literacy
• Hard-working, reliable, and keen to learn

• Temp to perm role – permanent contract after 12 weeks
• Pay progression up to £16.07/hr
• Overtime paid at time & three quarters once passed probation
