Production Operative

Job Title: Production Operative (Dispatch / Pre-Press)
Location: Barwell, LE9, Leicestershire
Hours: Rotating shifts weekly
Week 1 – AM Shift:

Monday: 5:45am – 1:30pm
Tuesday – Friday: 5:50am – 1:30pm

Week 2 – PM Shift:

Monday – Thursday: 1:20pm – 9:10pm
Friday: 1:20pm – 9:00pm

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Contract Type: Temp to Perm for a right candidates

Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Barwell, who are looking to appoint reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to support their busy operation.

THE ROLE

• Operating machinery and equipment as directed
• Assisting with production line tasks
• Packing finished products for distribution
• Stacking product safely and carefully
• Completing load sheets and updating computer spreadsheets accurately
• Completing all required documentation for outgoing loads
• Carrying out quality checks on products
• Complying with all health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
• Supporting either Dispatch or Pre-Press functions depending on assignment

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Good level of English communication skills
• Strong common sense and a positive attitude towards work
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, dispatch, or print environments is desirable but not essential
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to follow instructions and quality standards accurately
• Good attention to detail
