About the Role
We are currently recruiting oh behalf of a drinks and contract packing manufacturer to be a Production Team Operative to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role where you will be working as part of a team to ensure products are produced efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment in line with training and safety procedures
- Assemble, pack, or process products according to specifications
- Follow production schedules and meet daily targets
- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Report any faults, issues, or risks to supervisors promptly
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support team performance
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role (desirable but not essential)
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and follow processes
- Flexible approach to working hours where required
