Production Operative

JT Recruit are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operatives for a well-established manufacturing company based in Chesterfield, this role is working Monday through Friday, 8am – 4.30pm.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business specialising in the production of high-quality street signage and posts, with permanent positions available for the right candidates.

Duties may include:

• Manufacturing and assembling signage products
• Operating machinery and production equipment
• Quality checking finished products
• Packing and preparing items for dispatch
• General warehouse and production duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Candidate requirements:

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
