Company Overview

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing and logistics organisation based in Hams Hall. This is an excellent opportunity to join a structured and safety-focused environment with ongoing work available.

Production Operative

 Role Purpose

To manufacture products efficiently and safely, following factory and technical standards under supervision.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace (6S)
  • Operate and monitor production machinery
  • Perform quality checks and inspections
  • Accurately complete production documentation
  • Support continuous improvement and training activities
  • Work collaboratively within the team

 Requirements

  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 Desirable

  • Forklift licence
  • SAP knowledge

Logistics Operator

 Role Purpose

To support warehouse operations by receiving and despatching goods safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow Health & Safety guidelines and maintain workspace standards (6S)
  • Pick, stack, and palletise goods
  • Carry out stock checks and complete documentation
  • Inspect equipment and ensure safe operation
  • Use warehouse management systems (SAP preferred)
  • Support continuous improvement and team flexibility

Requirements

  • Previous logistics or warehouse experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Forklift & VNA licences
