Production Operative

Pay: £12.71 per hour ⏰ Hours: 06:00 – 14:00 (Day Shift) Location: Dudley

• Putting safety first every single day and reporting anything that doesn’t look right.

• Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and organised — because great work starts with great housekeeping.

• Carrying out quality checks to ISO standards to ensure our products meet the mark.

• Working as part of a supportive line team to hit production targets and deliver top‑quality MDF Mouldings.

• Following operating procedures and processes with care and consistency.

• Keeping your supervisor updated on progress and any issues.

• Playing an active role in helping the department achieve its goals.

• Looking for ways to improve how we work — your ideas matter here.

• Experience in a similar manufacturing environment.

• A methodical, tidy, and organised approach to work.

• The ability to work independently when needed.

• Strong attendance and punctuality.
