As a Production Operative, you’ll learn the full manufacturing process from the ground up. You’ll get to know the materials, the workflow and the craftsmanship that goes into creating high‑quality furniture.

Your early responsibilities will include:

• Keeping materials and products moving throughout the factory

• Supporting production teams to ensure smooth workflow

• Carrying out manual handling tasks — this role involves heavy lifting and requires good stamina

As you grow in confidence and skill, you’ll have the chance to specialise in areas such as upholstery or sewing, opening the door to higher earnings and long‑term progression.

No experience needed — just a great attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Early Shift: Monday to Friday – 06:00 to 14:00

• Late Shift: Monday to Thursday – 14:00 to 00:20
