Production Operative

Production Operative (Night Shift)
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Role
Successful candidates will initially complete full training on our rotating day and afternoon shifts:
* 8:00am - 2:00pm
* 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Once training has been successfully completed, you will move permanently onto the night shift.

Salary:
* Starts at £13.73
* Increases to £15.21 after 12 weeks

Location
* WF17, Batley

Key Responsibilities
* Operating production machinery and equipment
* Following production schedules and quality standards
* Conducting basic quality checks
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Adhering to all health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is preferred but not essential
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to complete training on both day and afternoon shifts before transitioning to nights
