Production Operative

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a leading sustainable technology manufacturing business specialising in paper-based packaging solutions.
Our fantastic client is committed to innovation and produces 100% recyclable packaging materials, supporting a more environmentally friendly future.

Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday
08:00 – 16:00

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery within a manufacturing environment
• Supporting the production of paper-based packaging products
• Conducting quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
• Working to production targets and deadlines
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
• Good attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

What We Offer

• Competitive hourly rate of £15.00
• Monday to Friday working pattern – no weekends
• Day shift only (08:00–16:00)
