Production Operative - Temp to Perm Opportunity - Hazel Grove

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a friendly and supportive industrial manufacturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term work with the chance to secure a permanent position after a successful temporary period.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

Pay: £12.71 per hour (weekly pay)

The Role:

As a Production Operative, you will be working within a clean and organised factory environment carrying out a variety of production and assembly duties. Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates with or without previous manufacturing experience.

Duties Include:

• Using a variety of hand tools safely and efficiently
• Operating machinery after full training
• Assembly and production work
• Using gluing guns and production equipment
• Quality checking finished products
• Packing and preparing items for dispatch
• Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment

• Previous factory or production experience is helpful but not essential
