Location: [Insert Location] Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7am - 6pm (Day Shift) Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Duration: 3 days initially (ongoing weekly review)

About the Role

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy Mattress Production Line. This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Working as part of a team on the mattress production line, including assembling mattresses and moving pallets

   

• Carrying out additional duties as required to support smooth production flow

   

• Following all relevant health and safety procedures when operating machinery or handling products

   

• Adhering to operational processes and meeting production timelines

   

• Keeping work areas and the factory floor clean, tidy, and safe

• Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
