Production Operator

We are currently looking for the below role, if this is something of interest then please get in touch.

Production Operators X3 required to work manufacturing company based in Bedford.

You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a rotating shift pattern 6:00am - 2:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Requirements:

• Operating production equipment including ovens and the gantry crane
• Weigh and measure raw materials
• Prepare moulds and carry out moulding and demoulding process
• Record production data and product measures clearly and accurately
• Trim and finish products ready for the next stage of production
• Inspect finished products and report faults or quality issues
• Follow all health and safety procedures when using machinery and handling materials
• Use PPE correctly and work in line with COSHH and Safe Systems of Work
• Keep work areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards

Recommended:

• Experience working in a factory or production environment
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others
• Pays attention to detail and takes pride in doing a job well
• Willing to learn and follow safety rules at all times
• Able to carry out physical and manual tasks as part of the role

Other:

• Rotating Shifts- Monday - Friday (6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm)
• Pay - £13.45 per hour
