The Opportunity

What the Role Involves
Reporting into an experienced planning team, you'll play a key part in keeping production schedules on track and customer orders moving. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining production schedules in line with customer demand
- Coordinating with purchasing to ensure materials are available when needed
- Working alongside manufacturing teams to identify and resolve scheduling issues
- Updating and maintaining accurate planning data across internal systems
- Producing reports to support operational decision-making
- Contributing to continuous improvement activity within the planning function
What Elevation Are Looking for on Behalf of Our Client
- Educated to A-Level, HNC/HND, or degree level in a relevant discipline — Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Operations
- Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Confident with data and comfortable working in Excel
- A clear communicator who works well across teams
- Proactive, eager to learn, and genuinely motivated to build a career in planning
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or production environment is advantageous but not a requirement
