Production Supervisor

We are urgently recruiting for a Production Supervisor on behalf of our prestigious manufacturing client based in Blackburn. This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 4 weeks.
Our client is seeking a candidate available to start during the week commencing 1st June 2026.
Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Working within a clean room production environment
- Supervising a team of approximately 25 employees alongside another Production Supervisor
- Monitoring quality standards, attendance, and timekeeping
- Ensuring production runs efficiently and targets are met
- Using in-house computer systems
- Carrying out additional supervisory duties as required
Salary £35,000 per annum / £16.83 per hour
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, fixed 2:00pm – 10:00pm shift
(40 hours per week)
