4 on / 4 off – rotating days and nights

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience supervising production teams in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (vital for success in this role)
• A hands‑on leader who can motivate, develop, and support their team
• Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑moving setting
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills
