Production Supervisor / Shift Team Leader

Abatec is currently recruiting for a Shift Leader/Supervisor to join a growing manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual who enjoys leading teams, driving performance, and ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Previous production or manufacturing experience would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and takes pride in delivering high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure tasks and duties are completed efficiently and correctly
• Monitor team performance and maintain operational standards
• Prepare and submit shift reports
• Organise workloads and allocate duties effectively
• Support, train, and motivate team members
• Carry out material and equipment checks
• Assist with workforce planning and scheduling
