Production Supervisor

Location: CV2, Coventry
Pay: £16.92 per hour
Hours:

• Standard shift: 07:00-15:00
• Must be flexible when required (e.g. 08:00-16:00)

We are recruiting an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a team of fabrication operators within a busy production environment. This role is purely production-focused and does not involve warehouse management.

• Lead and supervise fabrication operators, including managing ER-related issues
• Ensure all work is completed in line with agreed health & safety and quality standards
• Oversee production operations, ensuring people and materials are in the right place at the right time
• Ensure quality checks are carried out, with actions followed through
• Troubleshoot machinery and product issues alongside the team
• Drive continuous improvement on the workshop floor
• Ensure production targets are met and take action when performance falls behind
• Manage consumable stock levels and ensure timely reordering

• Proven experience in a production supervisory role (essential)
• Manufacturing or fabrication background
• Strong people management skills, including ER matters
• Hands-on and proactive approach
• Good understanding of production health, safety and quality standards
