The Role
We’re looking for a Production Team Leader to oversee daily operations and lead a production team to meet targets safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
You’ll manage shift performance, coordinate production activity, support machine operations, and drive continuous improvement across the shop floor.
What They’re Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing/production with supervisory responsibility
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Good problem-solving and organisational ability
- Commitment to Health & Safety and quality
- Desirable: ILM qualification or similar
