Job Summary
A leading manufacturer in Thetford is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Isolator Operator to join its production team. This role is crucial for maintaining a controlled production environment, ensuring products are prepared, assembled, and inspected according to strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain isolator equipment following standard operating procedures.
- Assemble, prep, and inspect products within the isolator environment.
- Ensure accurate documentation of production processes and material usage.
- Monitor material quality and report any deviations or issues.
- Support production lines by providing materials and components as needed.
- Assist with line changeovers, cleaning, and routine maintenance of isolators.
- Communicate effectively with production, quality, and warehouse teams.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and GMP-regulated hygiene standards.
- Report shortages, delays, or quality concerns promptly.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or controlled environment is desirable.
- Comfortable working in isolators and with protective equipment.
- Physically capable of handling materials safely.
- Strong attention to detail and focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Willingness to follow strict operational procedures and protocols.
- Basic computer or scanner use may be required for tracking inventory.
