Our client, a reputable manufacturing company in Motherwell, is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join their team. This hands-on role involves assembling, testing, and calibrating products to ensure they meet quality standards and technical specifications. Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (shift times may vary), you'll play a vital part in delivering high-quality products efficiently.

What you'll be doing:
* Assemble fabricated parts and components following engineering drawings and work instructions
* Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to build finished units
* Test and calibrate products to meet tolerances and quality standards
* Identify defects or faults, carrying out repairs or adjustments as needed
* Maintain accurate production and quality records
* Follow health, safety, and quality procedures diligently
* Keep workstations clean, organised, and compliant with company standards
* Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines

What you'll bring:
* Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or engineering environments
* Confident use of hand and power tools
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to follow written instructions and technical procedures
* Good communication and teamwork skills

Desirable skills include:
* Mechanical or electrical assembly experience
* Technical qualifications or vocational training
* Experience testing, calibrating, or troubleshooting equipment
