Project Coordinator - Stansted Airport (can be between 30-40 hrs )

About the Role
This Project Coordinator position supports small to medium-sized projects across construction and aerospace. A core part of the role is ensuring quotes are correctly loaded onto the Redant system so information feeds back to the main office for tracking and reporting.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as the main link between site teams and the office, ensuring smooth information flow

  • Prepare quotations from information provided and load all quotes onto the Redant system

  • Raise purchase orders for materials and project requirements

  • Coordinate contractors and internal teams to keep work progressing

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contacts, including client project managers

  • Support internal project managers with accurate, up-to-date project administration

  • Follow company policies, procedures and health & safety requirements throughout delivery

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a Project Coordinator / Project Admin / Project Support role (or a construction background with proven coordination responsibility)

  • Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-led approach

  • Comfortable working at an airport-based, small office location (often only 1-2 people on site)

Hours, Salary & Location

  • Full-time or part-time considered (approx. 30-40 hours per week)

  • Based predominantly at Stansted Airport, with occasional visits to a local office (within 3 miles)

Security & Background Checks

  • 5 years' checkable employment history and 5-year address history

  • DBS check and any additional site access/security clearance where required
