About the Role

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to coordinate projects from order through to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and installation teams. You will play a key role in managing schedules, conducting site surveys, coordinating fitters, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from order through to installation and completion.
  • Conduct site surveys following initial training on company systems and products.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontracted fitters.
  • Organise and maintain installation schedules and fitting diaries.
  • Liaise with customers and fitters to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Handle any on-site or customer-related issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Input and manage quotations and project information accurately.
  • Act as a customer-facing representative of the business.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
Requirements / Skills:
  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar role within the KBB or interiors sector.
  • Ideally from a fitting background or possess a strong understanding of kitchen installations.
  • Ability to read and interpret kitchen plans, drawings, and renders.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
