Project Coordinator – High-End Residential Retrofit & Refurbishment

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a high-end residential retrofit and refurbishment project. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced construction environment working on the transformation of a premium residential property to exceptional standards.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating project activities, maintaining programme information, supporting site and consultant teams, and ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day project administration and reporting
  • Maintain project schedules, trackers, meeting minutes, and action logs
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and client representatives
  • Support procurement processes and track material deliveries
  • Assist with document control, drawing registers, and revision management
  • Monitor project progress against programme milestones
  • Coordinate site meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed
  • Support compliance with health & safety and quality procedures
  • Help manage variations, RFIs, and project correspondence
  • Ensure high levels of organisation across all project documentation

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Site Coordinator, or Construction Administrator role
  • Experience working on residential refurbishment, retrofit, or high-end fit-out projects preferred
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with construction management software/document control systems advantageous
  • Professional and confident working with clients and design teams
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Desirable

  • Knowledge of residential retrofit works and building regulations
  • Understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery
  • Experience supporting luxury or bespoke residential projects
  • Relevant construction or project management qualification
